Application Process

In order to enroll at Over the Rainbow a parent must first visit with the director and return the enrollment form with the non-refundable registration fee of $100. Once your child is offered enrollment at Over the Rainbow there are also a number of Department of Early Education and Care forms that need to be completed and returned to the center before your child attends. No child will be discriminated from enrollment from Over the Rainbow due to not being toilet trained.
